1. $0 copays for PCP visits and care to help you stay healthy  
Our Medicare Advantage plans have no copays for PCP appointments, annual physical exams and well visits, preventive screenings, and many vaccinations. Plus, $0 labs! ¹  

2. $0 services to help you eat healthier and manage conditions  
Need help making a plan for healthier eating? You can make a no-cost appointment with a participating registered dietitian to discuss your nutritional needs and goals. 

3. $0 dental coverage to protect your health  
With a national dental network that gives you access to more than 55,000 dental providers—including 9 out of 10 here in Rhode Island—your teeth and gums can get the care they need when (and where) they need it. Preventive coverage (cleanings, annual exams, and X-rays) is included with all plans. And most plans also include coverage for root canals and periodontal services.  

4. Affordable and convenient vision coverage  
Your annual $0 exam can help you avoid vision impairment—or get the diagnosis you need to treat it. Need glasses and contacts? We’ve partnered with EyeMed² to offer you a convenient and affordable shopping option at local independent providers, national retailers, and online. Get $100 or more for eyewear, and enjoy additional savings when you buy from an EyeMed provider. Prefer to shop at an out-of-network licensed vision provider? There’s an easy reimbursement process.  

5. A $0 annual exam for your hearing  
Taking care of your hearing can help you stay safe by avoiding dizziness and falls. It can also help you follow conversations more closely. All of our plans include a $0 annual exam, and some plans include hearing aid options.³  

6. An over-the-counter (OTC) allowance to help you pay for everyday health items. 
We load $25 or more per quarter (depending on plan) onto your Flexible Benefit Card⁴ to help you buy over-the-counter everyday health items like allergy tablets, pain relievers, toothpaste, and more. Be sure to activate your card before trying to use it.*

7. Reliable prescription drug coverage  
Take advantage of low or $0 copays for Tier 1 and Tier 2 drugs in your plan’s formulary—including many generics. You can also save time and money by signing up for prescription delivery (plus, having your meds on hand can make it easier to take them as directed). With most plans, you’ll pay $0 for a 100-day supply of many generic drugs in Tiers 1 and 2—with discounts on others—and have them delivered at no cost.⁵

8. $0 fitness benefit 
Your fitness benefit includes no-cost access to unlimited online exercise videos and one monthly membership to a fitness center within the Silver&Fit® program's network. There are $0 membership options for all BCBSRI Medicare Advantage plans.⁶ You can also enjoy free fitness classes at all five Your Blue Store^SM locations.

9. Point-of-service (POS) benefit for out-of-state flexibility  
Our local network includes 12,000 providers and 100% of Rhode Island hospitals, but with your POS benefit, you can also receive services from providers and hospitals out of state—giving you flexibility whenever you need it.
